Favor boxes as placecards

We have been trying to figure out a way to give everyone a Norman Love chocolate (my favorite chocolate - try it, it''s incredible) to each of our guests, and I came across these favor boxes. Does anyone know where I could buy the unassembled boxes so that I can have a calligrpaher put the names on them?

I think boxes like that come broken down and you assemble them your self, I saw them in Michaels and other craft stores they come in packs of 50!

I had looked at Michael''s and they had a lot of really pretty boxes, but not one that a calligrapher could write on (if the box doesn''t have a matte finish, the calligrapher can''t write on it.)

My fiance just found the exact box so if anyone else is interested, we found them here.
