No wedding band with 3 sided pave e-ring?

Anyone with a 3 sided pave e-ring opt to not wear a wedding band?

There are a bunch of threads on this if you do a search. Basically, most don''t wear one as the diamonds on the side rub (read: damage) stones/metal on the band. However, there are some 3-sided pave sets that are made to go together without damaging each other.
