Is there any way I can get your e-mail or give you mine? I have something I want to talk to you about but I don't want to discuss it on a public forum. If you're willing, is it possible for a mod to pass that kind of information on?

I don''t think they''ll do that. The only way is roundabout. If you go to a GTG where other people have someone''s contact info...etc.

But it doesn''t hurt to ask I guess!
