$70 ebay find. Worth it?

I'm tempted by this cute little thing but the photos aren't great. The vendor has offered to send more later today, but the "buy it now" price is so right, I don't think I can wait.

Here's how it's advertised:

one round diamond approximate weight .05cts, (5 points) good color and clarity. Filigree designs one the sides. Stamped inside the ring 14kt. Size 6.5.
