Dear PriceScope.

I stumpled uppon this diamond
http://cgi.ebay.com/63-87-CT-Round-...5935331?pt=Loose_Diamonds&hash=item335eed3263

And figured that it is kind of on the wild side. I have been without internet for about 1 month, so the discovery and cutting of this stone may have gone under my nose. But I can't belive that a diamond of this size, this color, and this clarity has gone unoticed by all the professionels outthere Has anyone got any information on this mammoth rock?

Sincerly Procer.

How odd... "Seller shall allow Buyer, Buyer’s Gemologist and the Attorney on Record, as described below only to table top meeting. Brinks or Malka Amit security requirements will apply."

This sounds like a stone you'd deal with a private auction house for... not ebay? But what do I know, times are a-changing.

I dont believe it.

I'm just not sure about the finger coverage.
Do you think a halo would help?

Definitely not enough. I think halo, 3 stones should just cover it.

Ebay does seem like an odd place! Gotta love that the seller has only 25 feedback.

So, the seller uses ebay to buy cheap electronics and is now branching out to selling multi-million diamonds?

Who expects anyone to buy a $20m diamond without viewing and with basically no return (refusal only if the diamond doesn't match the certificate)?

I find it very odd that the buyer is expected to pay for insurance during the viewing but the seller will pay for shipping insurance.

Whoa-ho-ho! What a meteor! Sure wouldn't turn it away if it came shooting out of the night sky and landed in my backyard.

I think that size might be my cut off for a ring. I'd probably set that in a brooch (and would start wearing brooches) or a pendant. But then I couldn't see it. maybe a low profile double knuckle ring?

They've been trying to sell it since at least July, and they've turned down 71 offers so far. That's just crazy!

It looks more like standart COD procedure, not like private auction house.

The real thing...

About Ebay sale, I do not believe, that they are going to sell it via Ebay.
1.The price $20,000,000 is not real. The best they can get is 17.
2. As I said, it looks like COD via Brinks/Malca Amit, not like Ebay sale.
2. "Dealers are welcome." That's what they are really looking for on Ebay...

I'd buy it but the VVS2 is just not mind clean enough, and I can't find a match for my earrings.

....well there is free shipping- what a bargain!!!!! :cheeky:

I'm sorry but I personally would never cut a 63 ct RB.
