How to crop using Paint

Can someone please help me? Whenever I paste info. into paint, whether it''s a picture or text or whatever and then upload it on here, the amount of space is huge.
I was told I need to crop but I don''t see anything in Paint that says ''crop''. I don''t have Photoshop and I don''t know any other way to get my pics or text to have the right file extension to upload on this site.
Please help!

MS Paint is fine.

Open Image->attributes menu. Note the dimensions of your picture (in pix) it is probably much larger than 640x480 pix.

Open Image->Stretch/Skew menu and scale it down (e.g. 50%, 30% or 10% of the original size) to get the width less then 700px.

Alternatively, upload your image into the Gallery (http://com.pricescope.com/). It doesn’t have restrictions to the image size. Then you can insert the picture from the gallery into your post on the forum using html script J
