6 prong Tiffany Stud Setting?

I saw this stud setting on a site and wondered if there are any other retailers that might carry something similar:

I like the look of the 6 prong to match my e-ring. I already own my studs but have been looking for a similar matching setting or a retailer who could reset them. Or has anyone dealt with better than a diamond and just purchased a setting or had them set a real diamond?

Those are pretty. I''ve never seen 6 prong settings like that. Stuller do them, but you''d have to find a jeweller to order the setting: Stuller 6 prong. I searched Adwar''s site but couldn''t find anything from them.
