Monica''s wedding dress (at Friends TV show)

Hello everyone,

Well, I''m not even engaged yet but planning on getting married by Fall this year. I was watching an old Friends episode tonight, the one Monica & Chandler are getting married. I remember thinking the same before a while back ago that her dress was awesome! I''d like such a dress, so plain but very elegant.

Does anyone have an idea which designer that dress is made by?

This website (http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=217951) says it was made by "House of Bianchi" which doesn't seem to exist anymore.

Here's a (small) picture of the dress. It looks to be silk satin with a deep-v with a little detail on the neck.

It appears that there is nothing similar in here line right now. But I know in the past, I have seen her do a similar dress. You might keep an eye for her.

I just love her work, so simple and elegant.

go to Brides.com and check out the wedding dress section under fashion. You can search by neckline and silhouette. i searched V-Neck and there were 286 matches....you can also cone it down further by chosing a silhouette. i remember the episode and am pretty sure it was mermaid or trumpet style skirt or maybe an a-line. so if you use that criteria you might find something very similar with the designer and price info as well.
