5 stone AVRs or H&A?

Hello! I am getting a five-stone band and can't decide whether I want five stones of AVRs (from GOG) or Signature Melees (from BGD)! I have never seen an AVR in person before but I have been watching the videos that compare the two and all the lovely photos here on PS.

But because these stones are smaller (the videos I've seen compare stones 1ct or more), I'm wondering what the overall difference in effect would be for 5 AVRS vs. 5 Signature (H&A?) melee stones? They are all quality stones, ranges in SI1-VS2 and F-G in color.

Any help or guidance or descriptions would be much appreciated!! My personal taste and jewelry "style" is simple, I don't really wear a lot of flashy jewelry in general. Also, I would be wearing this five stone band on its own.

I just bought an antique OEC eternity band about 2.2mm wide. The difference between the OEC band and the RB band that I see.. are bigger flashes of light and a lot more fire. It flashes white light/fire the same way as my AVC does.
