So it's clear that I've married the right man - I've now had three (four?) rings in three years of being engaged and now married He's a saint!
Thought I'd share the latest version of my rings with you all since it's been a long time since I posted! I started off with a 1.35 cushion in a pave halo/band setting (all white gold) but didn't love it so upgraded it to my current 2 ct round diamond in a rose gold/white gold solitaire setting with a white gold eternity band when it came time to choose wedding bands after being engaged for a year)
Here is what I ended up with for my "2nd" set but didn't like how much my wedding band stuck out from finger and took away focus on the center stone:
So we got a anniversary band that I've been wearing it with instead and wearing my wedding band on my right hand instead:
JUST got my Ering and WBand reset, using two Tacori settings that I love and tweaking them to change the basket design a bit along with the proportion of the halo/side stones to my liking while combining rose/white gold so that they fit together much better together:
I am LOVING my new settings and how they "go together" but are different...and already trying to figure out what semi-precious stone, like a Morganite, to set into my solitaire setting until it's time for the next upgrade (the husby says that won't be for at least 5 more years, lol):
