4-prong settings designed

I’m looking to see if anyone has photos or information on eternity bands with 4-prong settings designed so the diamonds never touch the engagement ring. I have a 4-prong band now, but in certain positions the stones still make contact

I think it can be more than just the placements of the 4 prongs on your eternity.

The height of the ring(s), donut or no, the er basket shape, the size of the stones in the eternity….

Meaning seeing a picture of someone else’s eternity that meets your 4 prong criteria that doesn’t chainsaw into someone else’s er, may not fix the problem for your situation.
Unless it’s a built in side rail to the eternity.

Show some pictures of your set? Top down and from the side showing the contact, and another a bit apart.
Maybe that will help someone with a suggestion.
