4 pointers v. 5 pointers in eternity band - need opinions!

I have been emailing jewelers for a while now inquiring about making a prong set half eternity band and in every inquiry I''ve made, I''ve asked about using 5 pointers. However, I''ve just found a band at ID Jewelry that is exactly what I''ve been looking for, except that they use 4 pointers in the setting. My question is, should I just buy the ring as is, or should I ask them to make the ring with 5 pointers (which they are willing to do)? Is the difference in size worth the extra hassle, or will I not really notice?
