I posted this in another thread and promised to post here. Better late than never @Mreader!
I had this made for my 30th wedding anniversary. The center is 1.6ct and the sides are .9 each, set in platinum, the melee are single cuts, and the shank is 18k yellow gold. This is the third time that I have been lucky enough work with Sako. Not only is he the most amazing craftsman, but he is also just such a pleasure to work with, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. Everything he does is executed so beautifully and perfectly and looks vintage yet modern at the same time. And he is so passionate about his work that it makes collaborating with him so much fun.
I have always had an eternity band obsession, and I love rings that have a low profile, and this one blends those two together perfectly . It’s kind of like a band, but with the presence of a ring. The profile is super low, it’s very comfortable, and it’s fun to pair with different eternity bands. Not for everyone I’m sure, but definitely for me! I just love it.
Here are some of the bands I wear it with. The thin pave, French cut eternity and 18k yellow gold bands are the ones I choose most often.
The size is 4.5
