Mojo, you are in VERY good hands with Whiteflash! I bought a pair of princess-cut studs from them back in June, and they took excellent care of me. This is probably not something you''ll have to request because WF usually does it automatically, but they should be e-mailing you magnified pictures of each stone, as well as copies of each stone''s GIA certificate, and ASET images for each stone. Again, you probably won''t even have to ask . . . I think they just do this automatically. They really are wonderful, and I can''t recommend them enough!Date: 12/18/2008 5:57:46 PM

Thanks, and I have been talking with Chris Gonzolaz @ Whiteflash. Has anyone worked with him? Anyhow, looks like we''re almost there!
Spec''s so far are:
center-1.03 oval F VS2 VG VG
side-.47 oval F SI1 VG VG
side-.48 oval F SI1 EX VG
With their ENR458 setting.
Sound decent?
Is there anything I should request before I hand out my card number?
I am sure your ring will come out gorgeous. I don''t think many companies keep unique cuts on hand, as there would be trouble "unloading" them. Rest assured Whiteflash will make sure you''re getting excellent stones. As long as the SI1 is eyeclean, you won''t know the difference!Date: 12/23/2008 9:09:20 PM

Thanks for the info and they''re going to send me everything you said, didn''t even have to ask. The only thing is it won''t be here for Christmas but O'' well.
An update on the ring:
Had to change the center stone to 1.01 Ct, F, VG, VG ,SI1 because they couldn''t get the other stone until after the first of the year.
I kinda wanted the VS2 clarity so the center popped a little more, but the timeline is important also. I probably won''t notice the difference anyway.
I did learn that they specialize more in round and princess cut diamonds than the ovals I was looking for, so they have to order them from a different supplier. Seems a little odd that they advertise ovals but don''t actually have them in their posession.
Thanks and I keep everyone updated.
