Sold 22k yg band and 18k yg DK band

I have 2 gold bands for sale--one is a 22k yg hallmarked band, 1.9 mm wide, size 6.25, bought from Maven Lane for $699; selling for $500. The hallmarks indicate the band is from 1863, made in Birmingham, England by Henry Griffith & Son. There is a platinum plaque inside the band with the word "FIDELITY" written on it.

The second band was made by David Klass, and is an 18k twisted rope design, size 6.5, for which I paid $300; selling for $250. I have never worn this. Picture:

Here are the hallmarks and "Fidelity" plaque in platinum on the 22k band. This band has a lovely patina, and looks wonderful stacked with other rings:

Hi @tinytiny! I just weighed the 22kt band--it is 2 grams; the thickness is about 1.25mm off the finger.

Sorry to hijack your sales thread but @springerspaniel , from your memory how did the 18K from DK and your 22K compare in color (in real life?). They look pretty close in the photos above!

Have a project with DK and seriously considering 22K but concerned about durability.

Hi @SapphireBomb! I emailed you back. I apologize to everyone, but I just checked the size on my mandrel and the 22k band is more like a 5.75 than a 6.25. I am sorry that I did not double check before.

Reducing this 1863 Birmingham 22k hallmarked gold band in size 5.75 (fits my size 6 finger, FWIW) to $325.
