Im going crazy trying to get the best diamond for my money. Using what I know I tried to narrow it down to 2 but I cant decide which one to pick. The 2nd is about $200 more, but Im willing to pay that if I know its a better rock. Thank You to anyone who can give me some advice.

I would not take any guesses on stone #2 since there is no picture whatsoever.

On stone #1, the 8% crown height worries me too. If the crown height is too low, you will not get much dispersion/fire/coloured light. The Idealscope is for light leakage. Can you get the vendor to give you an ASET picture for light performance? The ASET is more helpful for fancy cuts like PC stones.
 
I am not impressed with the ideal-scope image.
And i prefer ASET for fancies.
There are many proportion variants that can work in princess - basing a decision on proportions is beyond me.

Thick girdle = smaller spread, Thin on the other stone can be a damage risk.
You probably need to have some likely stones sent to a good appraiser
