I would prefer the first pair if budget is not a concern.

Definitely the first pair would be my preference.

Hi there tks for the super fast reply:) may I know the reason to your choice?

The numbers match better.

2nd pair has different cuts. One cut towards brilliance, the other being a 60/60 cut, will look different, probably not match well as side stones in terms of cut performance.

Of course, the first two should match well and have excellent proportions which should also match visually rather than the second pair, although in this size this is really a moot point and you probably wouldn't notice much difference in performance in this small size anyway, but still my vote goes to the first pair.

Tks for the reply! Can I know if its a good offer base on the price and specs? or can I get a better deal elsewhere? tks

Maybe you can get it slightly cheaper from JA. Also, you can also get it cheaper if you go down the clarity a bit, to VS2/SI1 range. At that size, VVS is overkill, no one will be able to see anything.

JA are competitively priced, you could lower the colour and clarity if you wished especially in this size as if you found well cut diamonds they will still look beautiful and likely be eyeclean ( check with SI grades though), but it is a personal preference.

Thanks Lorelei and stone-cold for the kind advices! I had just posted another pair of diamonds, which is graded triple excellent (GIA) However, scores are bad in HCA. Pls do let me have your views:) tks!
