If you wanted a thin but still sturdy pave setting to make a diamond pop, would 2.3 mm too wide? Is 2.3 still considered delicate, or is it too thick? What would be ideal to achieve the goal? Thank you for your thoughts.
leon''s are all super thin. I have a pave ring that is 2.5mm and I don''t think it''s clunky at all. But, I prefer a little more substance to the ring shank. i just find super thin bands almost too thin. But, it''s a matter of personal preference and doing what the maker of your rings feels comfortable with. Many jewelers will not go below 2mm on a pave ring. Leon will and they are beautiful, but not just anyone is Leon
My shank on my e-ring (no pave) is 2.1 and my pave wedding band matches it at 2.1 (remarkable considering they weren''t a set or anything). DEFINITELY not too wide, but not skimpy and flimsy feeling either (both are platinum). But what side center stone are you sticking on it?
