Unfortunately through a simple Google search you can find out this man is a fraud. He sold me a diamond with a FAKE GIA certificate worth over $20,000. There's evidence he's sold many other people diamonds of a lesser value than promised.

At least I can do my best to warn others from purchasing from this dishonest man.

I'm sorry that you were a victim of fraud. How did you find this dealer? Thanks for the warning.

Location of the store and details of the fraud would be helpful.

I've never heard of this company, which is no great surprise, but I DID do the simple Google search suggested. What I found is an assortment of unsubstantiated claims of serious criminal behavior, mostly on the same day that this post appeared. It smells like a hatchet job to me. I haven't a clue if Weiss deserves it or not but the whole attack strikes me as HIGHLY suspicious.

There was a discussion here a few years ago about a jeweler by that name.

This may or may not be the same company so take it for what it's worth. It's not THAT unusual a name.

Charles. GIA is big on enforsing their copyrights and protecting their brand. If you've got a counterfeit GIA document, they wil vigorously pursue it. Slamming them online may feel good but it very well make your case worse (assuming you have one).

Wish you had found PriceScope first. Hope you can get your money back through legal action.
