Re: ** Calling all Experts*** Advice needed on these 3 stone

Hi

I would pick the diamond # 1, simply because it is G and VS2, I would not prefer SI1 stone in this size,
I would suggest to get the Images of the diamond from the store, if possible Ideal scope and share it on PS.
All the three stones scored well on HCA though

They should all be nice stones...have you seen pictures? I would probably go with stone 2 due to the size. My second choice
would be stone 1.

Re: ** Calling all Experts*** Advice needed on these 3 stone

Thank you for the reply.

I am ordering Idealscope images right now and will share once I have them. All three of them looks pretty good on paper and I want to know if they are priced fairly or could I get a better deal out there? Am I overlooking anything?

Thanks in advance!

Good eye!
#2 & #3 are from JA. #1 is from a local vendor so I don't have any images available to share.

Here are the links (hopefully it works.. Im a newbie on PS and posting on a forum.. but I must say that the "treasure hunting" is just as fun as finding the treasure itself).

Diamond#2

Although JA says this is eye clean, the magnified image of the inclusions scare me a bit. What do you guys think? Too much inclusion to be comfortable with?

Thanks!!

I don't like the look of the blackish inclusions under the table on diamond 2. I like a good SI, but I really hate inclusions under the table. Cut looks fine though.

The G VS1 looks spectacular but that price. Ouch.

Yes agree on #2 about the inclusions and hence the hesitation.. #3 is nice but money could be better spent, no?

Here is the cropped pic of inclusion plot on #1 (VS2) as per GIA cert (hopefully the pic works)...

Please let me know what you think.

From the specs, they all seem nice (angles wise); I would have preferred #3 to be a bit shallower, but from the live pic it looks great. I'd go with either 1 or 3 first then 2. I like Fs, but those inclusions worry me. Are you getting IS images?
