OGI vs Sarin

Is there any difference between an OGI and Sarin report in accuracy? Can OGI delcare a stone AGS 0?
Also, when comparing an OGI report and the GIA cert, the numbers are very slightly off in depth and table %. Is that normal? Thanks!!

All labs use Sarin. There is a fundemental difference in methodology.
