We don't see a lot of watches being shown off here but I know that a few folks have some amazing vintage pieces. I thought I'd share mine.
I've been a fan of Hamiltons since I was in my 20's (i.e. a long time ago). In fact my white gold watch was my first major eBay purchase (a traumatizing $250!). My life long quest has been a yellow gold (solid, not rolled gold) with original band, diamonds, and kept time. It's been a labor of love because all of those pieces never fall together. In fact yellow gold and diamond vintage watches weren't really very popular back then so they're pretty rare.
Anywho - I found this one on eBay while I was browsing for something else. I set my snipe fairly low because I was saving my money for another project but low and behold not only did I win it, but was almost $200 under my snipe! Needless to say, I'm pretty excited, and I think I'm wearing out my friends cramming my wrist in their faces and saying, "look at it! Isn't it pretty??!" So now I get to annoy you guys. Lucky you!
Without further adieu . . .
