From reading the comments left, one would guess that we are all idiotic women who wouldn''t know a real diamond from a piece of glass. All we care about is looking "blingy" and have no regard for how we get our pretties...

I do agree that it is a marketing ploy, but there are more places to get diamonds than Africa!
