Some quick questions if anyone can help, some may be more obvious than others and none are in any particular order:
1) Ideally what is the importance of ''fluoresence'', is it better having none or a certain colour? and how does this affect the price? I see one that emits a ''medium blue'' is this a bad thing to nothing?!
2) If I were to buy a diamond from another country e.g. ''USA Certed'' (I am from UK btw) would I be liable for import tax, as this could be massive!
3) I guess my final and perhaps most important question is the best place to buy a diamond for value for money. I tried the search engine available but just wondering if I can anyone else knows something.
4) Also can you negotiate a price for diamonds such as these sites?
