Watching shows & movies...which website?

Which website do you like best for catching up on movies/TV shows (Hulu, etc.)? We want to watch Mad Men and Glee but we haven''t seen any episodes and the networks'' sites don''t seem to keep the older episodes up for long. I know there are other sites out there but I can''t find them. Any ideas on what to try?

I''m interested to know other sites also because Hulu is going to start charging next year.
