1 ct diamond ring $1900?

OK so I was at the outlet mall today and saw an advertisement for a 1-carat diamond ring, $1900. I didn't look at it but was wondering if anyone could comment on what they think the quality might be???

Beyond awful. . . you get what you pay for and $1900 for a one carat stone can't be much!

Color and clarity worse than we've ever seen and cut - well, other than being round that's probably all we'd recognize!

good point-the picture was of a solitaire but I am assuming that was not the case (I just read the sign, did not go in)

To give you an idea. I just bought an e-ring and the stone alone was $2000 and that was only .75ct

I bet it was a I-J color and I3 clarity, possibly enhanced
