1.95ct Heart Solitaire in Rose

After dipping my toes in the lab grown pond with a couple small items, I splashed all the way in with this heart

It is 1.95ct, 8.02x9mm, G, VS1. I found it on Stuller and ordered it and the modified setting (124702) through my local jeweler who set it. I picked it up yesterday & am so happy with it!

The modification was simple, white setting with rose shank. These are the CADs with the listing photo of the diamond.

Love it! Heart shapes are so fun and whimsical, and this one looks like a great cut- some hearts don’t look like a heart at all!! The solitaire is great and really lets the diamond be the star!

That heart diamond is a beauty! Looks like it is a great performer too!

The thing about heart shapes is it is easier to find one with really nice faceting than some fancy shapes.
(And they are shallower cut so they face up very large for their weight a big bonus.) I would love one for myself one day. Lucky you!
