1.53ct diamond worth it?

Im new here and a lurker onthe boards. Just need members advice on this particular diamond. There is also an additional inscription of it being 2000 De Beers Altair 1315 (dunno if that makes a difference in price, etc...)

Here are the specs:
Round Brilliant 1.53ct
Measurements: 7.50 - 7.55 x 4.52 mm

Color:G
Clarity: VS1
Cut: Excellent
Polishe: Excellent
Symmetry: Very Good
Flourescence: none
Girdle: Thin to medium
Culet: Very Small

So i put all this info into the HCA and the results were:

Light Return: Very Good
Fire: Very Good
Scintillation: Very Good
Spread: Excellent
Total Visual Performance 2.8 - Very Good - Worth buying if the price is right

A local store is asking for $21,800 for it and in person it is a beautiful but for the price, i feel that i can find a better diamond. Any help would be appreciated. What do you guys think?
