Whitehall Jewelers - OK? | PriceScope Forum

My goal is a platinum ring with a single 3/4 carat diamond (color of G-I and clarity at least SI1-2) and two side sapphires (each about 1/2 the size of the diamond.) I had a very good retail experience the other day at Whitehall Jewelers at a mall nearby (Philly suburbs) - pleasant, helpful salesperson, etc.

Mall Jewelry store featuring ring designer? | PriceScope Forum

In any event, Whitehall Co here where I live is featuring a ring designer on Fri/Sat who displays empty settings, and can put your diamond(s) in on the spot. They were able to show me a setting he''d made- it was much more intricate/detailed than the "mall" jewelry store settings.

Engagement ring for my fiance. Please help! | PriceScope Forum

I went to the shopping mall, of course, since you see so many jewelers and inside, we visited Helzberg Diamonds, Whitehall Co., Crescent Jewelers, and Ben Bridge. Helzberg had the diamond, that we both liked the best. The hearts on fire diamond. That thing really sparkled and it was the highest quality. For a 1 ct in a 18KW setting, it was $9995.

White Star diamonds? | PriceScope Forum

Whitehall jewelers has a diamond they call the "white star". They say it is theirs exclusively and that is has 93 facets precisely cut throughout (versus the traditional 58 facets) which makes the brilliance incredible.

Best bench in the UK? | PriceScope Forum

He is very skilled, does exactly what has been asked (I'm very picky about how my stuff is finished) turns things around quickly and charges very reasonable prices. He has taken on repair work for me which other jewellers would probably have passed over because of the risks involved, and is honest and straightforward.

Engagement ring help! | PriceScope Forum

i went to whitehall jewelers at the mall this afternoon and my G/F really loved their certified whitestar collection solitaire engagement rings. i was reading through some of the threads in the forum and found out that alot of people don''''t recommend buying rings from mall shops.

Planetary Gems - Experiences? | PriceScope Forum

Well, I had actually been meaning to post this, so this seems like as good of a spot as any to do so. I was trying not to post in a way that came off like an attack, as I wish them no ill will, but I would never personally do business with them after my experience.

Time to get a mattress, what do you recommend and what do ...

Have you tried both sprung and 100% memory foam mattresses? I'm not sure I'd like a completely-memory-foam mattress, no matter what Serena Williams advertises over here as I like some 'bounce back' to help my aging, creaking shell to get out of bed, lol. Our current mattress has a high-spring-count (2200 IIRC?) with a good layer of memory foam as part of the top layer.
