Costco jewelry? | PriceScope Forum

Ya know, I just have not seen this. I visit 2 different Costco establishments and at neither place do the clerks act like they know anything about the jewelry they are selling. Not at all. In my experience they are very upfront with the fact that they are just vehicles selling the jewelry and not knowledgeable about the jewelry they are selling.

Kay Jewelers vs. Walmart Jewelry question? | PriceScope Forum

It's really hard to make a comparison like this. 1. They may or may not be the same quality. Neither is certified by any lab so it's difficult to say whether Kay's subjectively determined HIJ/I2-I3 is better or worse than Walmart's subjectively determined HIJ/I2-I3.

Any store that will not show you the certificate before purchase is high risk. The reason for this is they can sell you a really badly cut diamond, a diamond impacted negatively by fluorescence, internal graining, a high coloured stone with a greenish grey body tint or undertone that they can't get rid of, and a whole large list of issues that the average person that buys from them is never ...

Mary1012, first of all, I can hear the devastation in your message and want to tell you how sorry I am for your terrible loss. Losing something as precious as a piece of jewelry which holds so much sentimental value is heart-breaking. But as awful as your situation is, I want to assure you that you have nothing to fear when making a claim.

Where are the reviews from experts on Lightbox ...

I was so sure that once Lightbox launched there would be a whole ton of reviews from experts in the diamond field buying a Lightbox diamond and examining it and basically doing an appraisal. I’m thinking that if the cut was bad it would be all over in reviews. My take is that they must be pretty good because we hear crickets.

Macy''s Diamonds -- To good to be true??? | PriceScope Forum

I'm anxious to see the responses on this one. My bf's mother was recently given an e-ring from Macy's and asked my opinion on it. All I know is that it was an 1.7 total ct, F, SI1 or SI2, and seemed to be a pretty good cut....I'm no expert, but I know what sparkly looks like and I find myself staring at it often I did notice a black inclusion though that isn't noticeable unless you're up close ...

Concerns about buying a Neil Lane ring from Kay ...

Hello All! So I stumbled upon this website when I was googling concerns about Vera Wang and Neil Lane engagement rings. I found a Neil Lane ring from Kay that I love but when I asked the sales associate for the grade/quality ratings he said that Neil Lane doesn't certify his diamonds.
