The story of my ring's grading issue | Page 22 ...

I did have a chance to review the stone. July spent several hours in the showroom comparing a variety of diamonds, including comparing the 1.94 AGS G VS2 to a 2.05 G VS2 GIA. I wanted to give July a chance to post her observations here before I commented. As she mentions, she saw only subtle differences between any of the stones.

USA Certed Diamonds- Legit or Scam? | PriceScope Forum

I would consider him a diamond broker, he can help you get a stone with less of a markup than you would pay a full-service retailer, but you don't get the return/trade-in/etc policies. I'm guessing he may encourage those who had a good experience to write about it on PriceScope because I see those reviews popping up now and then also.

Crown of light diamond | PriceScope Forum

I just came back from a week in the Caribbean where the proprietary "crown of light" diamond is everywhere. My table mate had at least a dozen of them, rings, earrings, pendants...all I had were my ACA's.

Buying a stone for my girl | Page 2 | PriceScope Forum

as the stone for the ring after a review on the AGSL that leads me to beleive this is a 1A or 1B cut gem, that is of course unless one of you experts see''s something in the AGSL report that just screams "Rev has no idea what he is doing". You all have been the best help on what has been one of the most difficult purchasing desicions of my life!

Local Boston Area Jewelers | PriceScope Forum

Has a limited antique/estate section where I spotted a nice Richard Landi. These HOF diamonds are quite expensive though. Mark Morrell (Concord) : turns out this commonly used pricescope jeweler is local. I never spoke to him or saw the place so no review. You can see some examples in the show me the ring sticky.

Blue Nile/ Mondera vs. Costco | PriceScope Forum

I've never done business with Blue Nile or Mondera so I can't comment on them, however I recently checked out some diamonds at my local Costco. They do not sell loose stones, only jewelry, and their selection of engagement rings was limited - mostly variations of the tiffany-set solitare, also some rings with side stones.

Pave Ring Retipping | PriceScope Forum

I bought a 14kt 1 ctw pave diamond band from an estate sale at the end of last week. It is set with round brilliants; each one is held by two diagonal prongs. I took it to a jewelry store to compare it to similar rings, and to see if I got a good deal. Based on a review of items on display, I was satisfied that I got a good deal.

Does Hearts and Arrows follow certain dimensions ...

I asked the local jeweler if it was hearts and arrows and she said it was. I asked for a pic but she said the broker in NY did not have the equipment to take a pic but did have the scope to view it. Does Hearts and Arrows follow some strict dimensions it must fall within? I read in another thread that some ppl want these specs:
