After the color explosion yesterday, I decided to wear a couple self set pieces with a pre-loved necklace from @leslie1956.Star sapphire cab, blue-green tourmaline with fire opals, and faceted moonstone with sapphires.

Sharon, thanks for the movie review. I'll see when I can get Marty away to the movies. ... Plus if I got them I'd use them with different studs and why have multiple sets of earrings that basically look alike. So maybe I'll get one pair of studs and one set of dangles. I seem to often come home with something other than what I went in to buy.

Thanks for the links TyTy! I hadn't even thought to look there, so that's helpful. The 2nd one does look quite similar to what she's looking for. I've got a notebook that I'm keeping track of diamonds and settings I've found and that you guys linked here. He'll be in later today so hopefully something will strike his fancy!

Non-Stretch Jeans -- Do They Still Exist? | PriceScope Forum

Not as far as I'm aware. I had a bebe credit and bought jeans that fit great but they aren't even jeans! They suck up here in Canada bc Jean helps keep you warm but theses 80.00 stupid stretch stuff do NOT keep your legs warm at all. Thank goodness it was a store credit otherwise I'd never paid 80.00 for spandex Jean look alike!

DIA grading scale? | PriceScope Forum

I’ve never heard of them either. Look-alike and sound-alike names is almost always a bad sign. Someone who makes up a scale with similar acronyms to the commonly used GIA system but that stand for something different (for example: Very Special 2) is certain to have been done for reasons that are not in your best interest.

Looking to buy an engagement ring but totally lost, help ...

I would look to see what they have as far as size goes and maybe see if you could find out there size of stone. A solitare is very classic! I bought my stone from Whiteflash and couldn''t be happier; they have a great upgrade policy too. Good Old Gold has the same policy. I have seen many great reviews from James Allen, GOG and WF lately.

Tiffany''s Evaluation? | PriceScope Forum

Finding better diamonds at better prices should be easy (given the markup of the respective house) but it would take a while to find a jeweler crazy enough to reproduce on of the more intricate Tiffany designs. Tiffany's reputation was not made from selling thousands of look-alike engagement rings, some of their profit is though...
