OH MY GOD!!! IT IS BEAUTIFUL!! I've been GEMSTRACTED all afternoon. (Did I really take 200 pictures? Um, yes, I guess I did.) One of the most fascinating things to me is that this stone always was a bit of a color chameleon, depending on the light source, but now it's amped up, and glows like she's lit from within. Just phenomenal.

Wow! That recut really did things for her. She looks freaking amazing now! This is how she was always meant to look.

@meely I can definetly justify the funds to set her now! She is set worthy! My current fantasy is a baguette halo, but I'm afraid what that will cost! Oh, but I can imagine:

I can't recommend Dan Stair enough! He was very easy to communicate with and the recut was under $100 bucks! Worth you maybe sending him photos of your stone, see what he says? That's how I got started with him.

It's funny, but it's not as pink irl as the photos. I have a pink cell phone cover, maybe it's picking it up? It does have some pink moments, but I felt like it did before too. Really to me the color hasn't changed much, but the stone has more life for sure! Here's more what I see most of the time.
I also tried to get a side by side before and after in similiar light (AM, kitchen, ambient sunlight only)


**ps, no, I'm not a pinky ring wearing kind a gal, got a new bauble today that's a tad small**

Probably picking up the pink from your cell phone cover or it's just my monitor. I think the re-cut looks amazing. So glad your gamble paid off.
