So my diamond choice further down the page seems to not be the best band for my buck!

I would love some help selecting a stone with a budget up to $47000usd.

Stones from the virtual selection would be good as I presume my jeweler can’t call in stones that are in-house with other vendors!

Colour no lower than G.
No lower than Eye clean Si1.
Fluorescence no higher than medium but happy with none.

Must be able to be called in by my jeweler is the biggest issue as they won’t make a ring using a stone purchased elsewhere unfortunately.

That H from above is a nice pick, scores a 1 on the HCA and is 60/60 stone. Even with it being an H which is one color grade off from what you want, there shouldn't be any difference in the color

Hi there,

I saw your note to LLJ in her thread. If you can ask the store to search for AGS 000 stones then a big chunk of the work will be done for you. Then you can look at specs (color, clarity) within your budget and ask for a couple stones to look at in person.

Will the person you are working with search for AGS 000 stones? Or do you have to find and vet the stones on your own?

Thanks for this one AC. Was this from a virtual collection or instock with Enchanted? I need something from a virtual range so my jeweller can call it in. They won't set diamonds not purchased through them.

I showed them the diamonds above from yesterday and they didn't like any of them because of the inclusions. They will only go with white crystals (the ones above had black ones) and 100% eye clean in Si1.

No I can't unfortunately as I need to have it made to match my current rings and I'm not comfortable sending those anywhere.

Does anyone know... the stones in the virtual selection on the whiteflash website, are they available to anyone or just for Whiteflash to call in?

If you want 100% eye clean in a stone above 3 cts, I'd really recommend looking at VS2 (although you still need to verify eye clean). GIA is fine since you aren't buying a super ideal cut stone, anyway. And just stick with these measurements to stay in ideal cut territory:

Table: 54-57
Depth: 60-62.3
Crown angle: 34-35
Pavilion angle: 40.6-40.9

I personally aim for mid range on the angles such as 34.5 and 40.8. Or 35 and 40.6.
