#JOTW In love with an Oval

I wanted to share my oval diamond ring with the community. It was love at first sight, although I don't get to wear her every day, as she is on the larger side.

Specs are GIA 4.02 Oval, K color, VVS2. Excellent symmetry and polish. She was set in a delicate rose gold band when I got her and I love the setting. It's very current and delicate. I have a collection of stones, and she is definitely on the warmer end of the spectrum, but she is gorgeous and people flip out when they see this stone in person, even more so than my higher graded ones. For those of you who are ever on the fence about a lower colored stone, if it's set in rose or yellow gold, it looks simply magical, IMHO. The stone faces up white and is crystal clear and has a spread of a 6 carat stone (13.99 mm X 9.64). No bow tie.
