HELP: Help me choose between 3 options!

Hello everybody!

Hoping to leverage some of your expertise here. I'm looking at purchasing a round cut with I-J color, eye clean, and 1.6+. I've put the following on hold;

1) 1.62 C, eye clean, $12.7K

However, I couldn't help but take a look at these other two options;
2) 1.70 C, eye clean, $14.6K

3) 1.85 C, slight visible inclusion, $14.6K

All options are within budget, however, my thoughts are that the value is in #1. Other suggestions are always welcome and thanks for the advice in advance!

I don't see that there is greater value in #1 over the others. They are three different sizes. The largest stone is designated eyeclean, but I think I prefer the clarity of the other two. If they are all in budget, I guess I'd go with the 1.70. But I'd ask them to pull all three and tell you about how eyeclean they all are as well as whether any are higher I color than the others.

1 & 2 look good though I'm not sure whether #2 is worth the extra $1900 for an extra 8 points. Number 3 looks good light performance wise though if you were considering that, I'd get a WF rep to check on how eye clean it is relative to the other two stones.
