What would you do and who would you do it for?

Not something to wish for. The law of the land is to not tell.

This is sort of a fantasy. Not asking what you already do for people/animals etc. No. Just asking if you could do anything what would you do? I'm sorry, I know I am not being clear. Basically not what we already do (as in giving to charities, good causes, donating time and money etc) but in an ideal world if we could do one super special thing for anyone what would it be and for whom would you do it.

It is exceedingly difficult to name gifts that are anything more than a day worth of smiles - there have been five in my life - mostly made significant by some tradition and point in time, two rather unexpected for all sides, impossible to re-enact.

Not easy!

There is an old school family business in my clan that could use a hand; I am very tempted.

There was a recently homeless man in the local news over the summer who was looking for someone to take his three dogs because it was too hot for them to stay out in the streets with him :(2. I wish we had more room because I would have liked to give his dogs a home until he was back on his feet. Unfortunately, we just don't have much extra space for anymore animals, especially bigger ones.

A couple things that come to mind would be to implement spay and neuter laws & breeding restrictions so as to reduce the overpopulation of homeless pets and to ban factory farming (I mean, in my ideal world no one would eat animals anyway LOL, but banning the inhumanity that is factory farming particularly here in the US is at least a start).

VOTE, vote my heart for those who believe in what I believe in. Peace, fairness, honesty, love, caring, and the ability to change when need be. I don't say this against Trump. I am saying I want Persons who have my same love of animals, people, the environment, healthcare, protection etc. I vote and for me it's the single most important action or to do that I can do to help everyone, thing, place, idea, etc that I love.

I would send my niece around the world, all expenses paid, for a year. The only caveat would be that she must take photos of her adventures and refrain from recklessness.

She would re-emerge a totally different person. I know because it was what my grandparents did for me. And it worked.

I have always wanted to foster or adopt an older child that is looking for a forever home. My husband and I will be empty-nesters in 3 years (before we turn 50), and we will still be young and healthy enough to parent a needy child for a good 10+ years. I have to get dh on board though. He doesn't think he can love a child like his own, but he also thought he never wanted a dog, and he is now the most doting doggy dad ever!

Just because you’re the sweetest, kindest person I know, I’d banish ringworm so you (and everyone else who’s been affected) wouldn’t have to deal with it.

Aww Austina, you're making me cry (happy tears) thank you. You are so kind and sweet too and wishing you and your family all the best too. XO.

I'd save Fred. Because he is such a sweety and deserves to have his later years be free of the stupid f-ing ringworm. And then maybe the others could rid themselves of it and everyone could go back to being normal.

I'm not in a place to think more globally than that I'm afraid.

Does it involve super powers Missy???

Or just normal stuff???

If it's super powers I'd bring my old dog back to life in his prime. He loved living, enjoyed getting check ups at the vet and I know he would have wanted to love longer.

He loved being alive and getting an advantage so I would want that for him.

I was thinking just normal stuff. Something you can do with effort/money/time to help someone.

I am so sorry about your dog. Heartbreaking how short their lives are :(
I wish I could grant super powers to everyone here to bring back their loved ones.
