I'm going with option 1...should I consider option 2?

Option 1:

Depth % 61.7
Table % 57.0
Crown Angle 34.4
Star 48.0
Pavilion Angle 40.7
Crown % 14.7
Lower Girdle % 76.0
7.12x7.14x4.4 mm

Option 2:
1.337 ct G SI1 Expert Selection Round Cut Loose Diamond
https://www.whiteflash.com/loose-diamonds/round-cut-loose-diamond-4089369.htm
Depth % 61.9
Table % 56.4
Crown Angle 34.7
Star 54.0
Pavilion Angle 40.8

Any reason I should consider option #2 other than colour? Both are the same price...

I personally would prefer option 2 but that's because I value/prioritize color over clarity as long as both are eye clean and I don't think the very small difference in performance in this case would be easily detectable with the naked eye unless you're a trained professional but two color grades higher is noticeable. Plenty here are happy with I color and I don't mind for earrings/pendant but I'm able to see the color easily and in my own engagement ring it would bother me. No right or wrong answer, more so just preference!

From the two, I prefer the G! I have an I colored stone, but if I could switch it to a G, I would.
Notheless, both options are lovely and with WF you can always trade for something else.

I would choose the G over the I because I'm both color sensitive (I see it) and color intolerant (I don't like it). Expert Selection stones have a cut quality that is very close to ACA, so most should be lively performers. Have you seen video of the two in direct comparison? If not, ask Whiteflash to send you one.

Because there isn’t a noticeable size difference (.09-07mm), if it was even a negligible price increase, I’d go with the G.

However, if the I were to be +.25mm bigger than the G (for similar price), I’d totally pick the I ! :geek2:

I agree with the above comments - I'd go for the G. That color difference will be noticeable.

Both beautiful stones.

Great choice! Both look excellent, but going with the G means having more certainty of it being colorless. Can't wait to see it!

Both gorgeous but I would've made the same choice! You won't be disappointed! :appl:
