Help with European cut studs

Looking for antique studs.... looking for suggestions about best place to look.Close to 3ct total. not incredibly color conscience.

I think old cut studs are trickier because you can’t quite shop them like mrb studs ordering up your color/clarity desired specs- to my mind the clarity is the last consideration. Firstly you need good visual matches for faceting and color... as long as they are eye clean to your desired definition, it doesn’t really matter.

I have 3.3 k/vs1 OEC studs. To this day I hate that I paid for vs- I would’ve much rather paid an SI price! However, mine turned out to be an incredible match (visually speaking- facet pattern etc), much better than almost any pair of oecs I’ve ever seen. Find a pair you love and try not to get too worried on the stats.

I would love it if You could post a picture of yours... I never thought I would be able to wear studs because my ear lobes are prone to drooping... but I keep reading about leveears and I am hoping I will be able to wear students.

They need a good clean! I will try to get some pictures for you. I was worried about drooping as well but the XL backs keep them nice and perky.
