Ahhhh, finally brought you over to the dark yellow side, lol! It's not easy getting pics. Maybe one out of every 10 or more is halfway decent and true to color. I find dappled sunlight is usually good for shots.

Dappled sunlight... well given where we live, we might not get that sort of weather until about next April!

Glad to hear it takes several shots to get a good one; I was thinking I must be doing something very wrong given how dark the stone looks in pics vs. how it looks in real life!

Yenny, I was thiiiiis close to doing something similar to your fabulous setting, but I felt like I should go simpler since I'd just done the halo on Uni. But it was a tough choice since I love your ring so much!

prs, I've always loved kites and when I started thinking about side stones for Sunny, well, I figured this was my chance!

Pearaffair, the poor thing has shrunken to a mere smidge in the past few days... but I still love it! Had to explain the concept of DSS to TR (the current boyfriend). He was pretty horrified -- "But that's a THREE CARAT DIAMOND! And you think it looks SMALL?!" Hahahahaha!
