I have a Sweden 835 Sterling Diamond Pendant What Year? I'm asking forum people in the PriceScope forums to help me determine the date and possible value? The pendant necklace piece came from a couple who lived part of thier life in Sweden and most of there years in California. The piece was brought to the USA SOMETIME BEFORE 1950..I currently have it FOR SALE on ETSY..all information and suggested will help? They lived the swedechain22.jpg swedechain11.jpg swedechain33-001.jpg swedechain33.jpg swedechain33-002.jpg swede-symbols.jpg years 1915 to 2010.

So it's already for sale and you're asking how much it's worth?

i am looking to obtain an estimate value? yes.
Apologies, I don't think I asked that question very well!

What I meant was... Are you selling it? Or are you buying it?

Hi, the hallmarks would indicate that it was an item “imported” into Sweden, not made in Sweden.
The 835 is a less common silver assay, the origin of the piece is probably continental ie could be Germany or Belgium.
And the little stones aren’t diamonds, they are marcasite, a gem particularly popular in the 1940 / 1950.
As for value, is the chain stamped for silver ? It should be stamped on the bolt clasp and/or on the last link before the bolt clasp. If not stamped it could be a base metal chain ie just silver colour.
If the chain is also silver a price between $50 and $75 would be reasonable. If just the pendant section is silver $40 to $60.
