Dry peeling hand?

So, I'm not sure why but I've noticed that the past few months my left hand, my ring hand, has dry peeling flaky skin, mostly in between my fingers. I notice it a lot on my ring finger and pinky but now I see it's also happening between my middle finger and my pointer.
The weird thing is that it's only on this hand. Not my right hand. Or my feet!
I naturally have dry wrinkly hands and knobby knuckles, but this is something new.
At work we do a two minute scrub wth a plastic brush and special antibacterial soap, but I would imagine if that was causing my dry flaky skin it would happen on both hands and up to my elbows.
I usually use L'Occitane almond hand cream and/ or
their Shea butter products but they don't seem to help. And this is really something fairly recent.
Any recommendations on what to do and what could be causing it?

Try fractionated coconut oil as a moisturizer. Go to Amazon and there's a couple different brands that are 4.5 stars with thousands of reviews. I just buy whichever one is cheaper at the moment.

I am suggesting this bc fractionated coconut oil is in liquid form and has antifungal and antibacterial properties just in case it's fungus.

Thanks! I'm going to look it up now!

Is there any pain associated with the flaking? I ask because I have mild psoriasis that shows up (sporadically) only on my scalp and one elbow. The elbow will get very flaky and tender to the touch.

BTW, my go-to for fungus is Grapefruit Seed Extract, GSE, diluted 10-20/1. It has worked for me on a very stubborn case of athlete's foot.

Will it work on a guy?. My fingers get dry and flaky during the summer times.

Use a gel/silicone lined glove to lock in whatever lotion/oil you're using as you sleep!

Hi! No pain or itching. I do have eczema at times but this is just very light superficial flaking. It happens more when I work a few days in a row and then stops and comes back when I go to work. That's why I thought it was work product related.
Also, I just started this job in Jan and that is when I started noticing it.

Could it be contact dermatitis from something you're being exposed to at work? Might be worth having your doctor take s peek.

Antibacterial soap causes the skin on my hand to become dry and start peeling. It will get so bad that my skin cracks and bleeds. I'm a bit of an obsessive hand washer, so I've always battled dry hands. However, antibacterial soap definitely makes the dryness worse. Besides avoiding antibacterial soap, the only thing I've found that keeps my hands soft as is goat's milk soap. Goat's milk is healing, extra moisturizing, and has anti-inflammatory properties. Since you probably can't avoid antibacterial soap because of your job, I would definitely try using goat's milk soap for hand washing at home. It truly works wonders!

The soap I get is from The Fay Farm. Amber Fig is my favorite scent but it's not available at the moment. Here's unscented - http://thefayfarm.com/products/copy-of-citrus-liquid-soap-10820d6d-a010-422c-9742-272b0aa471e8

Oh, and your ring is stunning!!!

You could be allergic to your ring. I'd be happy to wear it for you :)

Hi!
I thought that this could be it but it's between my fingers and only on my left hand.

Okay, I've been to work a few times since writing this post. I think I've figured it out. I've been scrubbing and only using hot water to wash my hands. This time I used the cold water only and afterwards put the hospital grade lotion.
No dry skin!!! I mean they are still wrinkly but none of the peeling at least.
