I am being offered a 1.86 ct, E, VS1 Flanders Cut diamond with the following attributes: Dimensions: 7.87 * 7.85 * 5.02 mm All this is being offered for ~$23,000. Is this a fair price? |

Difficult for me to say because there are not so many Flanders out there. Have you seen some Flanders listed at www.goodoldgold.com/fancy1.htm |

This stone has a chance to be beautiful. But get an appraisal - have it shipped to Dave Atlas, or buy an ideal-scope and examine it yourself. |
