I have a few loose diamonds, where can I find the cheapest 14k solitaire rings?

Also I was told jewelers charge $50 - $80 fee to mount each diamond ring. Is it possible for me to mount them myself? If so what equipments do I need?

I may cut you a little deal if you have several to set up at once, but please don't try it yourself. To save all of twenty bucks a ring you have to spend a couple hundred in tools, and then you may break one or more and/or it may fall out because you don't know what your doing.
