hey everyone, I was wondering what you guys thought about Tiffany's certificates.. They said they only provide GIA certs for D's and IF's and 1.0+ diamonds. The rest are "Certified by Tiffany". Plus, are their diamonds comparable to H&A quality? just wondering. I know the prices are astronomical. |

I was told by one of their sales people that they carry cut grades from Ideal to a cut grade of 1 (maybe 2, I don't remember). Most are ideals but not H&A. Their grading I'm sure would be very strict on clarity and color. ------------------ |

We caught them out on a misrepresented stone here in Australia 2 years ago. A big and very expensive one. They gave a full refund. I think they made a human mistake though. |
