OK...next question... Am I going overboard by searching the internet for loose diamond earrings of .4-.5 carats....or can I do just as well finding pre-set stones either locally or over the internet? |

people say ear rings dont need to be so good a quality. i think that is wrong - I get a lot of pleasure out of seeing Drena's E/R's buy them any way you like |

I think you're on the right track. The earrings are right next to her face..they should be beautiful, which means well-cut. Most of what you'll find already set is not. |

diamonds look obviously much nicer when they are a better quality but people tend to forget that settings are very important too.... |
