This is the image of Pushkin diamond: 320.65 carat found in Yakutia (Russia) in 1989.

It is named after the Great Russian poet, Alexandr Pushkin (1799-1837)

Diamond is only 30x33x45 mm (1.2"x1.3"x1.8"). It doesn't sound to big, does it?

Has it been cut?

Sergey S from MSU / Octonus / DiamCalc showed me a layout for cutting a diamond like this shape. It could be he was the marker of the stone. It had several stones marked out and he had it in a 3D rotating demo with all the stone shapes marked out in virtual reality with different colors.
it looked a bit like virtual 3D chess.
