After 5 months of searching, I finally found the stone. Thanks to Pricescope and the other informative sites out there, I was able to educate myself to know what I wanted, and to be able to see through the "bunk" that most jewelery salesguys typically spout. By the way, this stone came from a brick and mortar store--to my surprise. I would appreciate opinions: AGS 0 (March 2001 grading) The stone shows Hearts and Arrows .94 ct 6.29x6.32x3.89 E SI1 (absolutely the cleanest SI1 I've seen) Faint fluores. (oh well...) faceted 1 - 1.7% girdle 16.1% crown height 42.7% pav. depth pointed cutlet 54% table 35 degrees crown angle 40.7 degrees pav. angle 61.7% (a tad deep, but this was as close to what I wanted as I could find) $6100, including tax and buy-back policy |
