Hi,

Are there any independent appraisors which I can have a colored diamond sent to enroute from by the seller to have the grading confirmed?

Considering the rarity it is hard to simply compare prices to know if the price is fair. How can I know if I'm paying too much?

Thanks!

Hi GemLovers!

The best would be to ask David Atlas, Accredited Gem Appraisers: www.gemappraisers.com

Gemlover-Any colored diamond should have a
colored diamond report from GIA, with this you can be certain it is a natural colored stone. Pricing on colored diamonds is hard especially without that GIA report. You might want to post whatever details you have and we can look at some comparables.
