I am considering buying a diamond from the 'Diamond Guy' at www.diamondcuttersintl.com out of Houston TX. Has anyone purchased from them or have any information about them. They do offer bonded diamonds and warrantee them. Also when getting an apprasil how can you ensure that you don't get the ol' switcheroo? |
